1) Place your foot in the supplied callous removal sock, and close with the seal supplied. The sock must be worn for only 90 – 120 minutes. If you need to, you can wear a sock over this sock if you need to walk around.
2) Wash/ rinse your foot in warm water.
3) The peeling process starts in 3 – 5 days, removing all hard skin from your toes, ball of foot, and heels.
4) The process is completed between 7 – 10 days, leaving your feet silky soft, and satin smooth, free of any callous, dead dry hard skin.
